Although all different, our lives depend on each other.

Carson Pue

Recognized as a leader of leaders Carson Pue has the ability to identify leaders and invest wisdom into their development through mentoring, teaching, and spiritual guidance.

Leading Arrow Leadership for over fourteen years, Carson Pue amassed knowledge and experience in the mentoring of men and women in leadership globally.

Carson is recognized for his expertise and gifting in the area of mentoring leaders and organizational leadership. He literally wrote the book on mentoring. Universities and seminaries use his books as required reading in the area of developing leaders. He has not just written about it, Carson has built, led and grown businesses and not for profit organizations.

Crystal Fontaine

Some people have a knack for leadership and team building. Others are still trying to figure out what their true calling is. This is where Crystal steps in to save the day. She is no stranger to leadership, with over 30 years’ experience.

Crystal focuses on coaching leaders to build confidence and achieve success in business or ministry. With a warm, yet laser like focus, she carefully helps leaders and teams to generate new ideas, and problem solve. As a seasoned professional in development, and non-profit teams, Crystal uses her knowledge to inspire people, development, and productivity.

Don Crawford

After 25 years in local church and parachurch leadership in Canada and the USA, and sensing a need among faith based non-profits specifically those in transition, Don started coaching leaders in 2008.

Having served on staff of large and small churches, an international missions agency, and on boards of various complexities, Don enjoys the challenge of working closely with organizational leadership to identify and address practices, patterns and systems that may no longer be effective. He sees significant reward in being additional capacity – bench strength – for boards and executive teams navigating ministry in the 21st century.

Don is a graduate of Tyndale Seminary in Toronto, ON, and has done ongoing professional development work at Fuller Seminary and Regent College, as well as Arrow Leadership’s Executive Leader stream and Seth Godin’s altMBA.

Don lives in White Rock, BC with his wife Karen, and is enjoying his new role as a grandfather. Don and Karen are members of Peace Portal Church where Karen serves in Adult Ministry.

Keith Anderson

Keith has served at the highest levels in the BC Health Care system, as President/Interim CEO of the Fraser Health Authority. Keith was appointed to the Governing Council for Health Research (CIHR) where he served for six years. He has held an adjunct professor appointment at Simon Fraser University and served for a short time on the Board of World Vision Canada. He has provided interim Executive leadership at numerous faith-based organizations and is currently a member of the Board of Arrow Leadership, where he serves as chair of the governance committee and as a Leadership Partner/Mentor with Executive Arrow Leaders.

Keith and his wife, Bev, live in White Rock BC. They have two married sons and 4 grandchildren. Keith enjoys photography, kayaking, e-biking and music. His passion is to come alongside and coach/mentor non-profit Boards of Directors and Executive Leaders. Keith also provides consulting around board governance issues.

Claudia Blakemore

If you want someone in your life that is wise and a good listener, Claudia Blakemore is that person. With a degree in psychology from University of British Columbia, a wife, and a mother of two adult daughters Claudia has a strong interest in life coaching with women and young adults. As a certified life coach, Claudia is like a supportive friend and trusted adviser rolled into one. She is there to help guide you towards your goals, hold you accountable and provide encouragement throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.

Claudia is also a gifted writer and editor and is working towards her editing certification. As such, she coaches and consults with authors and writers.

Tarry Giannakos

Tarry is Co-Creator/Founder of Revolver Coffee. Revolver is literally known around the world and one of the reasons Vancouver is always recognized a one of the top coffee cities. Revolver goes beyond being just charming and freakishly good-looking, Tarry and his family have created an experience. He is creative and innovative and sees the world differently in an inspiring way.

As a certified life coach Tarry is passionate about coming alongside business leaders and assisting them wholistically with their business, personal lives and calling. He has a background and experience in marketing and marketing management. Tarry has an uncanny gift for helping leaders who are unsatisfied with their life and wanting to live a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Glenda Clark

For over fifteen years Glenda has led a team working with children with special needs and their families. Sitting in on over a hundred of Psychological Education Assessments, Glenda has helped children with needs such as Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, FAS, ADHD, OCD, Autism, Speech imparments and severe behavioral issues. You would agree that it takes a special kind of person to work in this field. Glenda is that. She is a gentle soul but also a strong and wise team leader. She has developed a team culture that is exceptional while working in this challenging field.

Certified both as a life coach and also SYMBIS certified, Glenda heads up our pre-marital education area. She is passionate about mentoring and encouraging parents of special needs children. Through life experience she is also gifted at helping others deal with grief and loss.
